Due to my past of anorexia and my present of being a larger woman, this is not negotiable.Exercise is made for increasing strength, cardiovascular endurance, and improving overall health, not changing your appearance and burning fat/calories. REALLY hate radical inclusionists and radical exclusionists due to their harmful beliefs, however, so if you identify as those or show their beliefs, PLEASE fuck off.
